PC: Type your Permanent License Key into a new Notepad document. Save this file as a plain-text document named "license.key" into the LightWave>Programs folder.

Mac OS9: Type your Permanent License Key into a new SimpleText document. Save this file as a plain-text document named "license.key" into the LightWave>Programs folder.

Mac OSX: Type your Permanent License Key into a new TextEdit document. Save this file as a plain-text document named "license.key" into the LightWave>Programs folder.
