*Steps for Trade-Up Program
1. Registered Customer contacts Authorized Reseller to purchase Trade-Up
2. Authorized Reseller issues Registered Customer an RMA#
- Registered Customer must be sure all customer content is backed up before returning the unit
- Registered Customer must package the unit carefully and make sure unit has padding and is secure
- Registered Customer should insure package
3. TriCaster unit arrives in Shipping/Repair
4. Unit is replaced, registered and shipped back to the Authorized Reseller or Registered Customer using the same shipping method received by NewTek
