NewTek resellers fit into four categories, described below, and many can help you through the equipment selection, installation, and maintenance stages. Authorized Distributors are an important part of the equipment supply channel. This group has special approval from NewTek to sell TriCaster®, 3Play®, and TalkShow® product lines to resellers, who may then provide those systems to end-users.
Authorized Resellers offer end-users a suite of NewTek products and services to choose from. Note: US & Canada Authorized Resellers may only provide TriCaster 460, TriCaster 410, TriCaster Mini, TriCaster 40, 3Play Mini, 3Play 425, TalkShow VS 100, TalkShow VS 4000, NewTek accessories and professional services.
Elite Partners make up the highest tier of NewTek sales channel. These companies are hand-selected by NewTek based on their ability to educate, market, integrate, install, and provide on-site support for NewTek's systems to a variety of end-users. Elite Partners are the only group certified to resell NewTek’s most robust systems—TriCaster 8000 and 3Play 4800 alongside the rest of NewTek’s systems and accessories.
System Integrators specialize in bringing component systems from various manufacturers together with NewTek products. These resellers can sell NewTek products to end-users, and are proficient at designing multi-component production ecosystems with assurances that systems from different companies will work together successfully.
